Some Labs are convened by PTU. Others are shaped with an organization, team, or community around a real issue worth examining.

PTU periodically hosts Founder-led or PTU-led Labs around consequential human questions. These may bring together people from different beliefs and worldviews, professions and responsibilities, communities, and life experiences.
The value is not one shared answer. The value is thoughtful examination, hearing perspectives participants may not otherwise encounter, protecting dignity while disagreement remains possible, and leaving clearer about what one’s own answer asks of them.

Custom Transformational Labs
Shape a focused Lab around a real issue.
Your organization, team, or community brings a real issue worth examining. PTU works with you to shape a focused Transformational Lab around it using PTU’s transformational approach, clear participation boundaries, and Founder leadership where appropriate.

A Custom Lab may be shaped around:
- the audience and the real issue or question;
- the setting, context, and relevant pillar emphasis;
- focused exercises, prompts, and a desired practical outcome;
- an appropriate format and timing.
Each engagement is clearly scoped with PTU. A Custom Lab creates a structured opportunity for examination and a responsible next step. It does not promise a predetermined answer or guaranteed transformation.

Participation boundaries
Disagreement is allowed. Disrespect is not.
Understanding does not require agreement. Participants may hold different convictions, ask respectful questions, and examine beliefs, actions, and effects with honesty.

Participants may disagree. They may not convert, shame, silence, diagnose, attack, coerce, pressure disclosure, or treat another person as less worthy of dignity.
Transformational Labs are not therapy, mediation, legal or clinical advice, spiritual direction, conversion experiences, or unmoderated debates.

What to know about PTU Transformational Labs.
What is a Transformational Lab?
It is a structured educational and reflective experience centered on one consequential human question or real issue. Participants examine it through guided reflection, discussion, different perspectives, and a responsible next step.
Do participants have to agree?
No. Understanding does not require agreement. Respectful disagreement is welcome. Coercion, shaming, personal attacks, and treating another person as less worthy are not.
Is personal disclosure required?
No. Sharing is voluntary. Participants may choose what they contribute and have the right not to answer a question.
Are all Labs about the same topic or delivered in the same format?
No. Each Lab has a focused question or real issue, defined audience, appropriate structure, and practical outcome. PTU-hosted and Custom Labs may use different formats.
How are PTU-hosted and Custom Labs different?
PTU-hosted Labs are convened periodically by PTU around a selected human question. Custom Labs are shaped collaboratively with an organization, team, or community around its real issue and context.
Are Transformational Labs therapy, mediation, or spiritual direction?
No. Labs are educational and reflective experiences. They are not therapy, mediation, crisis intervention, spiritual direction, legal advice, or clinical care.
